My name is Michael Laidley, but I go by "Greenback" in the crypto space. I triple majored with honors in economics, finance, and public relations at Syracuse University. During my collegiate time, I interned in the financial management program for General Electric (GE). After a strong performance during my internship, I was offered a full-time role there. Since then, I have worked as a project and finance manager in Chicago at two other multi-billion dollar annual revenue companies. I began trading crypto in 2016 with Bitcoin and Ethereum, which I still hold. However, I began to invest in ICOs shortly thereafter. For the last 6 months I have focused on the DeFi space and small-cap alt coins.

My name is Scott Smith, and I Am the COO of HEROS. I am a lifelong entrepreneur and investor, starting back in 1997. I focused primarily in stocks in my investing and got into crypto-only a few years ago. I have owned successful businesses in everything from the music industry to culinary arts. I attended Millersville University for secondary education and am certified in sound reinforcement and commercial art and design. I was first exposed to Crypto in 2009 when Bitcoin was first issued but did not get in until years later. My crypto experience is primarily as a trader
/investor with some NFT experience. I began in the crypto space with $300 and have had substantial success.
2) What is HEROS all about , it’s usecase and how you got the Idea of creating it??

Heros is a deflationary token with a primary focus on Charity. It embodies four quadrants that make up the token's utility. They are Charity, NFTs, Education, and Growth. Charity is enabled to bring the crypto space to real-world causes through a democratic community process. Every transaction made adds to the charity wallet, and once certain goals are made, a suggestion chat is opened where the Heros community suggests charities to vote on, then a poll is taken to determine which charity receives the donation. Next, we offer NFTs. Next, we search for quality NFT artists to work with and create awesome NFTs to launch under the Heros brand. These NFTs will ultimately be used in the upcoming game currently in the R&D phase. Each artist will be highlighted in the Hero Universe and given credit for their work. The third quadrant is education. We feel it is good to educate on all self-improvement aspects, including but not limited to Crypto, investing, self-improvement, and more. We achieve this through articles and videos. And lastly, growth. Heros is an investment vessel that naturally, through its tokenomics, will increase in value by reducing the overall supply and reflections all found within our tokenomics. This also includes further developments within our platform to better the project and add value to investors. We brainstormed the idea of HEROS after Michael, and I were subjected to a series of rug pulls and Honeypots. We were working together at the time to research good entries for tokens and share our research. After a week of what seemed to be scam after scam, we began discussing what we liked most about the cryptos we were invested in and what we felt the blockchain was missing most. We loved the investments that were fully transparent, fully doxxed devs and tokens that offered deflationary traits such as a burn mechanism and reflections. We felt that some coins were single focused on an individual charity, but none were focused on charities in general. So we wanted to incorporate an unbiased charity aspect. We loved community-driven projects, but most were only community-driven to bring in new investors. We felt we wanted that as well, but also to give the community a voice. So we incorporated the charity aspect to the community, They decide how our charitable donations are made and also assist and voice their ideas and opinions on what we should focus on moving forward. Truly Community driven! Lastly, we wanted security, so we decided to lock liquidity to give peace of mind to our investors. We then pulled together our funds and began creating our project. Heros was born!
3) what are HEROS unique selling points as compared to the other similar projects in the industry

Our charitable donations are democratically based! That means we poll the holders/community to decide what charities we give to—putting the power into the hands of everyone to decide where donations go. This separates us from other charity projects. We want our holders to feel empowered where their donations go.
Our NFTs are designed by a worldwide range of artists as well. They will be implemented into a game where you can play-to-earn but also “play-to-give”. Play to give will allow users to choose if they want to donate some of their earnings to charity.
That unique feature is another way that we differentiate ourselves from other tokens. We will continue to develop additional unique utilities in the future as well.
4) Can you justify the transaction fees and your tokenomics and tell how is it in the best interest of investors??

2% of every transaction goes to our Charity wallet for community decided donations, 1% burn, and 1% reflections to decrease overall supply and increase your bag while holding, 1% goes to the liquidity pool to help stabilize the token, and liquidity is locked until 2023. And 7% goes to the marketing wallet to allow us to expand and put Heros in front of as many people as we can. Since launch, we have donated over $29,000 to community decided charities and charitable partnerships, all of which can be found on our website hero-universe.com. We have a strong community with a group of leaders constantly striving to better our cause. They are the League of Heros. We have had success with advertising and exposure from a times square billboard to articles released for LA weekly, NY Weekly, Market Watch, Partnerships with pro football and hockey players, and more. Also our NFT Series in ehich we just released Series 1 that can be found on https://opensea.io/herostokenllc. We are currently working on a News page on our website that will share our timeline and all we accomplished in the short five weeks since launch.
5) Are there Any exciting News or updates with regards to HEROS That you would like to share with Cryptoscape Community??

We JUST released our Series 1 NFTs 3 days ago and they can be viewed on OpenSea at: https://opensea.io/collection/heros-series-1
Additionally, we have completed Series 2 of the NFTs and will begin teasing them soon.
We have a newly updated white paper on our website at https://www.hero-universe.com that I encourage everyone to read. New educational articles aimed at teaching investors will also be posted soon.

1) HEROS recently released its first NFT Series available on opensea. Where will the sales of this go to? Will it be donated to charities as well? What will be the future projects that will be funded by this? @kiritokunnie

Yes! Part of our sales will go to charity. The breakdown will be: 10% to mint the next Series of NFTs (Series 2), 20% to charity, 70% to development and marketing. This matches our tokenomics. The royalties on the NFTs are 7% and will be broken out the same way as well.
The play to earn and play to give game that will utilize the NFT characters will also be funded by the NFT sales.
We hope to make some big charitable donations and progress with our utilities from the sales.
2) seen on your WEB page that you are only using the ETH network. Of course this causes HEROINU to have a high FEE. are you going to use the BSC or polygon network later? @Moon_detector

We felt Eth network was a safer starting point for investors. The fees have at times been very high, and I also understand that may be a reason many have not jumped in on Heros. We are currently looking into how we can cross-platform other blockchains to ease the expense of making a transaction. As of right now, other blockchains and how we can cross over to other networks are in the research phase. We are also looking into partnerships with tokens that focus on this exact use. We never stop working and always do our homework before executing on anything related to Heros. But know, we are working to see how we can achieve this. As this is in research we are not committing to this until we feel it is the correct move for our project. Eth is looking to also move to a proof of stake, so we may see a decline in fees with that transition. All in all we are aware of this and are looking into it.
3) I saw an option of Heros that is "Flipper Tax". There,You said that sells made within 24 hours of a buy will result in a double-tax penalty that is 2x all normal taxes to promote and reward long term holding. Could you please tell us the mechanism of this "Double- tax penalty?" @jhonsno55

The flipper tax feature is a flat doubling of the standard tax, if you sell within 24 hours of buying. This is to prevent pump and dumps and protect the investors, as well as protect long term holders. So instead of the standard 12% tax, it becomes 24%, ONLY if sold within 24 hours of your buy.
All of the standard taxes get doubled, meaning double the burn, double the reflections to holders, and double the amount to charity! 2️⃣❌
4) The objective of HEROS is to help many charities. Who is in charge of choosing which charity the money will be donated to? Is there a time limit for each donation? How many charities is HEROS currently supporting? What is each of these charity sites dedicated to? @lidiamga

We have a process for donating to charities first we open up for suggestions from our loyal community. They make suggestions to charities they are partial to. Once we have a handful of choices, up to ten. we then create a poll with the community chosen charities listed. At this point the community then votes for the charity they feel is most deserving of the donation. This usually stays open for 12-24 hours. This poll is then tallied, and the results are posted. We then make the donation on the Heros communities behalf. We also have made donations with partnered projects and may also make donations for such things as disaster relief. We have partnered with the Birdwell Foundation, a National Organization aiding first responders and military personnel who suffer from PTSD. #Iamgifted, #Playersplayfoundation, and #kidsportca. Our community chosen donations have been made to. Feeding America, Make a Wish Foundation, St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital, and Wounded Warriors. 5) You have plans of venturing into gamification how you plan to make your game attractive and can you give a bit of background of your game.Also how can users earn through your game? @shelby_2256

The game will allow the user to play as their favorite hero and villain character NFTs, place wagers, and play either against the computer (AI) or against other users.
The game will be a turned based RPG game and each new level will be harder but offer bigger rewards to earn more. As explained before, you can then choose to “play to give” and select anywhere between 0 to 100% to give to charity.
We are working with an industry leading company on this that handles everything in house from artwork and animation to smart contract coding, all under one roof.

Tokens are burned on every buy and sell and we also plan to do buyback burns in which we spend marketing funds to purchase more tokens and then burn them.

Current NFT is a viral topic, but are NFT not just for art. Does your project think that more real world use cases will emerge for NFTs as time goes on, why should we take NFTs seriously?Aceovrkill 🇺🇸:
In Heros NFTs are not just art but will be implemented into our gaming platform. So if you own the NFT you will be able to have your NFT be your avatar. On future of NFTs I feel with the Metaverse on the horizon that will play a major part in utility for NFTs. I also like the ownership aspect of it. and royalty aspect for the artists.
